@_angelxdiablo @bdp_girl No you can leave when you want. They’ll advise how long they think you need to stay it’s up to 7 days Max! You go about your life cook etc the therapists are on hand to guide you through the tough patch. I blubbed my eyes out the first night the therapists were amazing

@_angelxdiablo @bdp_girl There’s usually one in the area you live in. You go there for a maximum of 7 days when in crisis they provide medication and round the clock therapy. I found it a god send! There’s no rules in there as such so you can go out about for the day but be back at some point.

@DoctorChristian How’d do I get emdr? I’ve tried IAPT but I’m in their exclusion criteria as I was sexually abused for a decade. I want emdr therapy for the cptsd as I’m suffering massively xx
