Same thing happened to me. @Flipkart needs good teaching from Customers. Please order big products at COD and Cancel at last moment. Teach them lesson.

@flipkartsupport @flipkartsupport parroted the same script "delivery couldn't been" done due to "unforeseen circumstances". The laptop was right there at the fulfillment centre. Available and ready to do. The order couldn't be completed due to bad backend app that @Flipkart uses for evaluation.

If you purchased your dream device/gadget from @Flipkart during #BBDsale chances are quite likely that the device won't even be delivered & the order quietly cancelled. So I ordered this gaming laptop on @Flipkart during BBD sale & the delivery was supposed to happen on 23rd Oct.

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport TLDR. Don't order your dream devices on @Flipkart especially during sales unless you want to end up getting majorly disappointed. There won't be any delivery attempts & you'll be left hanging high and dry.

@ViCustomerCare kindly change my plan to 399 per month. Been trying to do it since yesterday but seems like either Customer care doesn't know how to do it or are simply incompetent. Vi app doesn't allow you to change plan if under family plan (which I've disbanded already)
