Don't buy in to these bullshitters. I purchase a monitor on Nov 29 (black friday) at 899. Waited for delivery on Dec 5, never came. Rescheduled for Dec 9th, never came. Spoke with support told me to wait till Dec 19th. They asked me to take a refund I said no(1/2)

Because of the price, and now its 999.99, telling me to re order at a higher price. Reaching out to customer service is literally useless. They just ignore you in the chat as shown in the picture. Tell me they are not trying to scam me for more money.
