The project explores the brain basis of emotional vocalizations by combining fMRI with acoustic feedback manipulations.
This wildly misleading tweet, and the mostly hateful replies, is like entering an alternate version of reality.
If anybody is interested in the truth behind this claim, and what that Swedish poll actually asked, I'll go through it.
Probably banging my head against a wall. 😂
@elonmusk According to German news, Taleb A. came 2006 to Germany, worked as an MD in psychiatry and psychotherapy, and was an outspoken Islam and immigration critic, supported the AFD and a guy named Elon Musk. Motives still unknown and nothing about any conviction in S Arabia so far.
@JoJoFromJerz Unrelated to your post, can anyone here tell me how I stop receiving Elon's push notifications? I don't even follow him and I'm tired of waking up to his posts every day. Already have a BlueSky account. Maybe just delete my one at X
Do you enjoy singing? Are you curious about its effects on the brain? Our new paper shows long-term singing training is associated with higher insula connectivity with speech sensorimotor regions at rest 🧠🗣️🧠

I am excited to receive the Semper Ardens: Accelerate grant from @Carlsbergfondet to explore how hearing our own voice's emotional tone when we speak can influence the way we feel, and how these emotions are generated by the brain @AarhusUni@musicbrainAU https://t.co/cRlNVaFHhD
Did you know #musicians 🎻 have a prevalence of pain syndromes of up to 80%? Our new paper, Extensive sensorimotor training enhances nociceptive cortical responses, published in #EJP, explains how use-dependent plasticity shapes pain processing! https://t.co/V2LSHzjpl7 - See👇
