@marumusisan this is a tribute to sf2 just like, for example, someone reinterpreting sf2 music and posting on youtube would be. In principle, It's exactly the same thing. You're free to be a purist and dislike the idea behind it, that's fine, but don't go ahead and assume i'm being unethical.
@marumusisan It has nothing to do with it being a power move. There's no bragging. If it sounded like that then i apologize, English is not my native language. I did this for free and for the love of the game. Also, about having permission... as a nonjapanese that makes no sense at all to me+
@Hiro12152578 Oh, right, of course... i spent tons of hours into doing something like this to then keep it to myself... right. Make that make any sense. Also, i was not bold at all... or was I? If it sounded like that, then i apologize, English is not my native language.
@nin_arika I am the author of a romhack that does exactly that. It's still WIP but it's on a very advanced state. I will not go much in depth on the changes, the changelog is on the website: https://t.co/QmNYdJZtGq. Please take a look, you can test it on emulator too, even on netplay.
@tmf68k I'm happy with placing 4th. I thought i would do way worse since i was lacking practice (hadn't played for more than a year due to life circunstances). I don't think more training would ever give me a better result anyway, considering how the brackets were, so there's that.

I usually just assume that the SF2 legends (like yourself) would hate the idea of changing the game (baka gaijin), but since you have interest in the topic of balance changes, i'd like to know what you think about it.
@yaya_kei Hello yaya-sama. (I dont speak japanese, sorry, please use a translator).
I am the author of the ssf2x romhack New Legacy - its focus is on balance changes. We don't have exactly the same ideas, but there is a fair amount of overlap.
