In 6 years, I have been hospitalized 3 times - bizarre crap. Ripping and tendon away from the bone, stone in bile duct, internal bleeding. I look at is as a part of training. We are all unfortunately going to have problems. It’s getting back up that counts. Keep killing it 👍👊💪
