Our children are not for sale. Screenshots from Vinted show so-called “plush toys” and “stuffed animals” listed for thousands of euros with descriptions that read like coded advertisements for real children — “newborn 2 months blonde girl,” “9 years old, good condition, female,” “9 years old… 128 cm tall… 24 kg… never used her.” These are not innocent listings. They match the exact methods traffickers use to sell children in plain sight on mainstream platforms.
France has already opened an investigation. Similar patterns are appearing across Europe. This is not a glitch or misunderstanding. It is the predictable result of a world where borders are open, platforms are unaccountable, and powerful networks treat children as commodities. Grooming gangs, forced marriages and now coded online marketplaces are all symptoms of the same rot — the sexualisation and commercialisation of the innocent on an industrial scale.
Britain and Ireland must not look away. Every suspicious listing must be reported immediately to Vinted and to law enforcement. Platforms that allow this filth must face the full force of regulation and criminal investigation. There can be no tolerance for coded language that facilitates the rape and trafficking of children. Those involved — buyers, sellers and any enablers — deserve the harshest possible punishment.
Our children are not products. They are not “never used” items to be weighed, measured and sold. The fact that anyone feels bold enough to advertise them this openly shows how far the rot has spread. Parents must stay vigilant. Citizens must demand action. And every decent person must stand up and say with absolute clarity: our children are not for sale, and anyone who treats them as such is the enemy of civilisation itself. Report it. Expose it. End it.
