@IntrepidLambent — nod before he glanced back down again. "I appreciate it." He almost muttered.

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — woman, staying by his side when he was lost.

"Thank you." He looked directly at her, giving a slight —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — terrible things as a soldier for Hydra.

Why did anyone want to help him now?

But he was grateful for this —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent Julian couldn't have been more confused and thankful at the same time. He knew for a fact that he's done —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — gave her a short nod, but couldn't bring himself to smile, "Thank you."

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — down quickly, as if he's never drinkers water before in his life.

He looked to to the woman next. He —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — reasons beyond him.

He happily accepted the water and food. He raised it to his lips and gulped it —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent He was happy to find that she was back so soon. He didn't want to be alone ever again, it scared him for —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — had no idea what to say, and nothing drove him to speak.

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — knew he would soon regret.

So he did the simplest thing that came to mind, and shrugged his shoulders. He —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — came to mind that he wanted. He almost told her that he didn't want anything, but that was a lie that he —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent It sounded tempting, to have anything food be ordered, and his starvation was slowly killing him.

But nothing —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@BornOfDemise ||: Guessing that's gonna be a yes.

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — some water. . . That would be nice, please?"

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — decided in the end that he would ask politely enough. He didn't want to be too much of a bother.

"Um, —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — He couldn't remember the last time he had a real meal.

So he looked to this woman, unsure at first, but —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent He would say no, tell her he was 'fine, but thanks'. Yet, he's been there all day, and he was thirsty and hungry. —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — something he hadn't had in a /long/ time.

A real conversation.

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — and he felt no sense of security so he had to be his own.

But now this woman was probably going to offer him —

[ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴ ʜᴇᴀᴛʜ. @BornOfDemise]

@IntrepidLambent — and he was ready to hear? Or maybe he just needed a source of comfort. His days at Hydra were dark, —
