Why does God allow evil? - quite simply, because if He punished it immediately I'm sure we would have been snuffed out the moment we were born. God says our very thoughts are an abomination to him. If He punished sin immediately, there would be no one left.
Love and truth must be maintained in perfect balance. Truth is never to be abandoned in the name of love. But love is not to be deposed in the name of truth...

So we need to spend more time filling our hearts with God's word until our confidence in him overshadow the problems around us
