@dammiedammie35 As an architect, cracks like this could be caused by defferential settelement caused by:
1. Incorrect foundation
2.Poorly compacted soil
3. Soil with weak bearing capacity
4. Viberation (maybe due to other constructions around ur house)
5. Tree growing close to ur foundation etc
@Qzzzy_@willinilli024 While I understand that a building could sink, this looks like collapse considering the amount of rubbles below the topmost floor. A sinking building will remain intact as it goess down.
