@kothari_aditya @airindiain Completely agree! Can’t even make a change to the booking when I have spent £2500 on tickets. Called last night and waited 1hour10min. In the end gave up as I didn’t know if anyone was going to pick up or even at work. The hold music is the same sentence repeated continuously.
@airindiain more than an hour hold time on customer services? The same repeated hold music asking you to take covid precautions. I think the intention here is to stop people calling and then irritate them to death! Air India sort it out!
