Tried verifying my phone on a brand new iPhone and got hit with “Accounts Exceeded” error — device allegedly used for “too many Ola accounts”.

Opened support ticket 2043995.

Got this brain-dead automated reply telling me to use Chat Support in the app’s History section — the same app I literally cannot access.
Brilliant customer service, Ola. 👏

How exactly do I fix this when your system blocks me at the first step?

.@airindia I’ve Silver status with Maharaja Club and I’m ready to pay for an upgrade from Economy to Business class for my JFK-BOM flight on 25 March, flight number AI116. Seems like the price quoted to me during the check-in process, and also at the gate is same and outrageously high for a non-refurbished old designed flight. I could’ve paid anything less than equal to $1000 for the upgrade but the upgrade price quoted to me is $1535 for this dated flight by the check-in agent and also the gate agent. Over and above this is the price which was also offered to me by the Upgrade+ system couple of days ago through email. According to the GDS systems there are about 36 business class seats available out of 40 seats just before the boarding starts but nobody from your staff is interested to entertain a paying customer and I felt like Air India will fly without those seats occupied rather than filling them up and recover some of their costs.

Moreover, this flight is now delayed more than 10+ hours and being a transit passenger you didn’t even offer any kind of benefits - not even a meal voucher (though I hardly care about it). You should be ashamed of your service.

They need a name or employee info to narrow down the multi-unit apt at 20615 Sterling Bay Ln W, Cornelius, NC 28031 (Bexley at Lake Norman). .@AmericanAir - Update: Find My pings now shows my iPad at a residential address in Cornelius, NC (20615 Sterling Bay Ln W, 28031) as of ~16 hours ago. Not at CLT anymore—likely taken by someone who found it on AA749. Can you please escalate to security/loss prevention or advise on next steps? Report ref: [Report ID: 43641437].
