If NATO expansion causes Russian aggression, explain: Georgia 2008 — not a NATO candidate in any real timeline. Ukraine 2014 — neutrality written into law at the time. Ukraine 2022 — membership explicitly off the table in every capital. Finland 2023 — joined NATO, zero Russian military response.

The pattern: Russia attacks the unprotected and threatens the protected. NATO doesn't provoke the empire. NATO is the only thing the empire has ever respected.

It’s because of the Baggara belt.
