They’ve been utterly the worst customer experience of my life. At every corner it has been lies and misinformation. I’m not normally one make these kinds of scenes, but this has been too much.

While I’m at it, @Lowes has somehow delivered a damaged fridge to my home…4 times. 🫠

That’s right, 4 different deliveries and 4 different damaged refrigerators.

Each time they promise to deliver a new fridge the next day, but instead, takes 2-3 days.
