Christ willingly offered himself up as a sacrifice, as a sweet smelling fragrance, to the Father as payment for the infinite debt of our sins.
He undertook the punishment from the Father that we deserved, drinking the cup of wrath to the dregs.
And if anyone would like to get ahold of me (not sure why you would, but feel free!) I’ll post my Substack. I have written nothing, yet.
God bless you guys.

I’m taking a break! I might be back after the fast, not sure though. I love you guys a lot, I pray for you everyday. (Even those I disagree with)
Lord have mercy on us.
@NikolaosMystik1@Nicholai_Korea@realjosephb@GabrielofBoone My brother, I love you. And I probably don’t believe the things you think I do. My pinned tweet is pretty much the extent of my beliefs of “PSA” or whatever it is you want to call it. God bless you.
I saw a thread earlier of some Ortho’s getting excited about a new Antiochian catechism that going to debunk “latinizers”. What does that look like? What are you specifically hoping it says? “PSA BAD” is not an answer. I want to know the specific theology you’re hoping it slams.
It just feels like a large portion of “modernists” want us to believe these insane things they accuse us of.
“You guys split the trinity! Heretic!”
“No we don’t, here’s why”
“Ignored, straw manned, or slandered”
YOU GUYS DONT BELIEVE CHRISTUS VICTOR OR THEOSIS
Yes we do
NO YOU DONT
Repeat until the heat death of the universe (Christs Dread Judgment and Second Coming)
YOU GUYS BELIEVE JESUS WAS UNWILLINGLY PUNISHED BY A PASSIONATELY ANGRY AND WRATHFUL GOD!
No we don’t.
YES YOU DO!
Repeat in infinitude until Christ returns (hopefully today)
@Okthenmayb45071@TheHillofSlane So you’re saying he didn’t mean it? He just did that homily for fun and doesn’t believe what he said?
And note. It says “in his humanity” no one believes the divinity of the Father and Son were separated. And that has been clarified probably 100 times.
@fistofnicaea@KingMic92357513 What do you hope it says? “Christ didn’t take our place, wasn’t punished, and didn’t die for sins.” Do you hope it puts Sts against eachother? I don’t understand. Be specific.
"For only by the merits of Christ and by His intercession did God the Father send His Holy and life-giving Spirit into the sinful and perishing world." –St. John of Kronstadt, Homily IV on Pentecost https://t.co/fIeknWNA49
@AngloVarangian It was bad. A bunch of people from my parish went and saw it, and it was extremely vulgar. With crappy rap music about smoking weed and whatever scattered throughout. But Fr Turbo is in it, so that’s something.
