Sadly today we mourn the loss of Boston firefighter Bobby Kilduff, killed in the line of duty last night. Bobby (BK) served in the USMC before becoming a firefighter and was a dedicated volunteer of the Gary Sinise Foundation. Our hearts go out to his family and all he served with. Thank you BK. At approximately 8:30 this morning heavy fire fire in the rear one 2nd and 3rd floor of a multi family home on Train st Dorchester, a 2nd alarm was ordered.
A busy 24 hours for our firefighters, many of them working at the 3 alarm fire on Corwin st. in the day and the 4 alarm fire that evening on Poplar st. A great job by all our firefighters and Fire Alarm Operators .
This morning, members of #PHXFire had the honor of escorting Kinsley Mock to school for her first day back since the passing of her father, Captain Anthony Mock, just two weeks ago.
Students, staff, and firefighters lined the entrance, as Kinsley bravely walked in. #MockStrong
Fire Commissioner Paul Burke @MayorWu joined by family ,friends and Firefighters to honor the memory of Firefighter Mathew Troy , with a plaque on “ Big House” Division 1,Engine 10 ,Tower Ladder 3 Rescue 1.
The members of meetinghouse Hill in Dorchester , Engine 17 Ladder 7 had a visitor on top of the flag pole watching over them this morning, looks like he likes the new Firehouse.
Things I love about the firehouse. $250.00 on the table. Lunch and dinner $25/member. 10 firefighters working. You can leave that money there all night. No one will touch it. If it were a chocolate chip cookie, differential story. #BostonFire#firehouse#thinredline#IAFF
