@TheDunkCentral@BillSimmons@Savageboston First the Red Sox & now the Celtics. Owners who own sports teams as a business investment and only for the profit it can make. Sadly both fan based will show up regardless and make them money, which allows them to run teams like this. Hope I’m wrong with the C’s.
@celticslife The 6 FRP’s are now assets for other deals either now or in the future. Next summer has some FA’s that can be had and the picks can be added to sweeten a S&T.
@ShamsCharania This might be one of the worst trades in Boston history. Worse than Mookie. Worse than Babe Ruth. An absolute joke of a return. PG is well past his prime. Those picks will be in the 20’s….and it’s within the division to a team already with Maxey, Edgecomb and Embiid.
@BiggLynch I was there and that’s a lie. Hauser and Kornet raised it. JB was holding the trophy the whole home and JT was behind his teammates celebrating.
@ShamsCharania@PrioritySports If it’s not about the money, he goes to Boston for the MLE or less and fills a bench role and gets to play with close front Jayson Tatum.
@TheKnightUCF@UCF_Football The bigger question is whether or not they will fit on the actual individual seat space. Because in years past, the old version took up half the seat next to you giving the other person like 6” of seat space to sit.
@MattCouture5 Celtics are giving up the best player in this trade and then 3 of their top 7 and a #1? Too much for what they’re getting in return. Take out Baylor and make the pick a 2nd round and it makes a little more sense.
