Shipment never delivered, never got to the receiver’s address. Receiver never stepped out of his house today, awaiting shipment.
They later changed what was recorded that shipment got damaged and has been sent back to the shipper. I am yet to receive the package #UPS

UPS needs to see to what is going on with customer shipments that gets lost in transit. I am literally frustrated with them right now. How can you claim that shipment is out for delivery and then the report changed automatically to receiver refused the package because #UPS
