Your service is extremely poor. I had placed an order and was told that it will be delivered by tuesday. But it has not been delivered yet. And your representatives are least bothered because even if I don't get it it's my loss. Trusting you was wrong decision.

The customer service is the worst. The customer executive on the helpline number are just unhelpful and mannerless. They don't provide any solutions and on the top of that talk with a very rude attitude. No one should keep an account in this bank.
