It takes a piece of my soul every time I have to apologize but yeah, we’re learning to live this life in a healthier way and stop being a shitty person to others but damn… apologizing is HARD! But on the other side, it feels really good.. to take accountability!
The World Cup begins tomorrow, and many will watch the matches. Soccer reminds us of something we must not forget: life is not a race to show off on our own, but a path we learn to walk together. Anyone who does not know how to pass the ball, even if they have talent, has not yet understood the game. Anyone who does not know how to live with and for others has not yet understood life. #ApostolicJourney
According to Catholic Church teaching, masturbation (stimulating oneself for sexual pleasure) is viewed as a serious moral disorder.
The Church believes that sex has a specific, meaningful purpose: to bring a married couple closer together in true love and to be open to creating new life. Because masturbation is done alone and outside of marriage, it separates sexual pleasure from that bigger purpose of mutual self-giving and procreation.
Reflection by Pope Leo XIV
"Artificial intelligence now demands to be 'disarmed,' freed from logics that turn it into an instrument of domination, exclusion, and death. Like nuclear energy, it must be at the service of all and of the common good. Decisions about technology must never be separated from conscience and responsibility. Peace, not merely the absence of war, is justice at work. But when technology weakens our critical sense, peace itself is at risk."

#AI can be a valuable tool and, at the same time, it calls for a measured and vigilant approach. The speed and simplicity with which practical assistance can be accessed undoubtedly makes life easier. Yet they can also encourage excessive reliance and the search for ready-made answers, and weaken personal creativity and judgment. #MagnificaHumanitas
Artificial intelligences do not undergo experiences, do not possess a body, do not feel joy or pain, do not mature through relationships, and do not know from within what love, work, friendship or responsibility mean. Nor do they have a moral conscience, since they do not judge good and evil, grasp the ultimate meaning of situations, or bear responsibility for consequences. They may imitate or even simulate, but they do not understand what they produce, for they lack the affective, relational, and spiritual perspective through which human beings grow in wisdom. #MagnificaHumanitas
MASSIVE:
🇩🇪🇪🇺 The leader of Europe's largest economy just declared the EU a failure.
Friedrich Merz. German Chancellor. In front of global elites.
"We have wasted incredible potential."
"World champion of over-regulation and zero growth."
Energy lockdowns. 26 countries failing grid requirements.
Ursula telling citizens to drive less and use less electricity.
Now Germany's own leader calling it a complete failure.
The EU is not being attacked from outside.
It's collapsing from within.
