🚪 Jay fue a tocar la puerta del local que el Departamento de la Familia alquila en Santa Rosa Mall, en Bayamón, y lo encontró cerrado.

💰 Por ese local, Familia paga $108,540.10 mensuales, más de $1.3 millones al año.

📄 El contrato se firmó el 31 de enero de 2025 y estará vigente hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2029, lo que suma más de $6 millones en renta durante toda su vigencia.

🛠️ Familia asegura que el local está en proceso de remodelación, cableado e instalación de mobiliario y equipos, y que la inauguración está prevista para este mes de noviembre.

⏳ Sin embargo, han pasado 21 meses desde la firma del contrato y las puertas siguen cerradas al público.

🤔¿Se justifica pagar $108 mil al mes por un local que todavía no ha abierto?

Mary gave Angie multiple chances to open up and be vulnerable and real with her, and she chose to talk about Gossip and BS. She really just needed to be honest with Mary as to why she isn’t being as present as a friend.
