I told my self 4 years ago when I was a freshman that one day that I’ll be signing to go play college ball. 4 years later I made that into reality. Anyone who wants to play at the next level you have to sacrifice certain things to reach your goals. Nothing is out of reach. #TTGP
Daily Leadership note:
Application of the 1-3-1 Rule when facilitating growth:
1. Ask, what is the problem?
2. Ask, what are 3 solutions?
3. Ask, what are recommendations?
This will facilitate mentoring someone's decision-making paradigm and growth in problem solving.
@itrainullc Speaking truths. To often HS coaches own self interests compromise an athletes needs to meet academic standards. This is a travesty and toxic leadership at its best.
@KISDRadio@KNCT_SPORTS
Any high school HC that doesn't enable, promote, and hold their athletes to academic standards is toxic. Knowing a problem exists, not enabling a solution, and "pushing a kid through" does nothing but enhance a systemic problem and comprise that athletes' future/well-being.
@BarstoolTexasAM 🤦♂️. Don't know if these fellas are OL or DL or both, but if their fighting skills are any indication of their football skills UK in for a long year 🤣.
Interesting graphic developed via NFL operations information. It seems that the notion of the "vertical approach" to offensive success is greatly misconcieved.
As a military family, today is a very important day for me and my family. As we honor those family members whom have given the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we enjoy. I salute all whom have given. Gob bless. @PlayBookAthlete
