Boundless is a think-action tank partnering with community leaders to revitalize Israel education and take bold collective action to combat Jew-hatred.
A 2024 Boundless poll of 18-34 year old Americans found that 66% do not know the meaning of the term "Zionism." Since October 7th, it has been weaponized to attack and demonize Jews worldwide.

“Western journalism isn’t explaining - it’s campaigning,” explains @MattiFriedman
A critical conversation on how media coverage of the Gaza war crossed from reporting into activism - and why Hamas is winning the narrative battle.

@AvivaKlompas for @USATODAY:
"In contrast, too many in the West are waging an ideological campaign detached from regional reality. In their fervor to stand with “Palestine,” they overlook that Hamas is not a liberation movement."
WE MUST NOT FORGET:
Hamas still holds 50 hostages in Gaza – including two Americans.
Some are confirmed dead.
Some are still alive, suffering in captivity.
Isolated.
Tortured.
Abused.
Ripped from their families.
Never stop being their voice. We must bring them all home.

My letter in today's @nytimes:
By striking Iran’s nuclear sites, the United States has done what was both necessary and inevitable.
This was never just Israel’s war. For 45 years, the Islamic Republic of Iran has targeted the United States — killing American troops in Beirut, arming insurgents in Iraq, launching cyberattacks on U.S. infrastructure and plotting assassinations on American soil. The war didn’t begin with Israel’s recent missile strike. It began decades ago with Iran’s campaign against the West.
“Death to America” has never been just a slogan. It’s a governing principle. The regime sees itself in existential conflict with liberal democracy and U.S. power. Now imagine that ideology armed with nuclear weapons.
Israel has spent the past week degrading Iran’s proxies and command structure. But dismantling Iran’s nuclear program requires capabilities only America possesses. That work is now underway.
We’ve crossed a threshold — not into a new war, but into long-overdue recognition of one already underway. The question was never if Iran would escalate, but whether the U.S. would lead before it was too late. Now it has.
The eulogy I delivered at Yaron Lischinsky’s funeral -
1/ I had the great privilege of working alongside Yaron over the past two years at the embassy in Washington. Together, we were the entire Middle East department at the embassy.
I write in the @nationalpost that the murder of two Israeli Embassy staffers in Washington, D.C. wasn’t random violence.
It was the predictable result of a culture that has normalized antisemitism, cloaked Jew-hatred in the language of justice, and dismissed every warning as an overreaction.
And if Canada thinks this is just America’s problem, you haven’t been paying attention. Canadian leaders are quick to offer platitudes, they have failed to provide solutions. It’s only a matter of time before the calls for violence turn into actual violence.

@AvivaKlompas writes in @WSJ: "The U.S. is pursuing its regional interests independently. Rather than offering rhetorical support while simultaneously demanding restraint, the Trump administration appears to be acting on its own priorities, and Israel is free to do the same."

I write in tpday's @BostonGlobe:
President Trump’s revelation that the United States plans to engage in direct talks with Iran marks a stunning departure from longstanding US policy. Iran denies the claim, but even so, the implications are serious.
There are many questions that must be asked. Is Iran prepared to dismantle its nuclear program in good faith? Will it recognize Israel’s right to exist and cease its direct and proxy attacks? Will it stop arming and funding terrorist groups such as Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis?
Ultimately, these all point to one defining question: Is Iran a nation-state or a terror state?
Nation-states do not supply weapons and intelligence to terrorist groups. They respect the sovereignty of other nations and work to promote stability and peace. Terror states do the opposite and can only be met with, in Trump’s words, “great danger.”
My letter in today's @WSJ:
President Trump’s support for Israel’s airstrikes against Hamas and the U.S. military’s strikes against the Houthis in Yemen mark a turning point: Tehran’s proxy war is being met with force, not appeasement.
For years, Hezbollah and the Houthis have brought devastation to Lebanon and Yemen. Iran’s proxies have destabilized Iraq and propped up Syria’s brutal dictatorship. Yet in the West, Israel, not Iran, is often scapegoated for the region’s turmoil.
Since Oct. 7, 2023, the balance of power in the Middle East has shifted. Precision strikes in Lebanon, Iraq and Syria have dismantled Iran’s supply lines and weapons stockpiles. Hamas and Hezbollah are in disarray. As a result, jihadism is weaker: a necessary step toward the stability and peace the region desperately needs.

For decades, the two-state solution has been the cornerstone of Middle East peace efforts. But after countless rejections, broken negotiations, and the horrors of 10/7, it’s time to acknowledge reality: the idea is dead.
