@JustEatUK @Deliveroo @ubereats_uk I've had the same issue and I still haven't had a response from your team! The driver just tried to deliver our order almost 4 hours later which is unacceptable and we've asked him to take it back. @pizzahutdeliver saved the day! Ordered and delivered in 20 mins!

@PANDORA_UK just wanted to say I received great #CustomerService from Carmen at the Southampton branch yesterday. I was fully expecting to be questioned about my broken bracelet but she was happy to replace it with no fuss. Super happy I can wear my favourite bracelet again! 🙂
