@BowTiedTreeFrog Aww, thank you, sweetheart!!

You have no time for yourself.

I'm in the process of re-reading this book because it is FULL of detailed explanations and examples on how a situation might look...and then how to improve.

Have any of you read it? What was your strongest takeaway?

[BowTiedLioness | Author-Tarot Adventures @BowLioness]

Thanks in part to my recent training to become a Spiritual Life Coach, I've been doing some self-reflection. This work has led me to read "Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Glover Tawwab.

Signs that you need boundaries:
You feel overwhelmed
You feel resentment towards

people for asking for your help.
You avoid phone calls and interactions with people you think might ask for something.
You make comments about helping people and getting nothing in return
You feel burned out
You frequently daydream about dropping everythign and disappearing.

Thank you everyone who participated, this feedback is helpful!!

Those of you who listen to audio books, how do you like the narrator to read to you?

[BowTiedLioness | Author-Tarot Adventures @BowLioness]

@BowTiedTreeFrog Ahh, fantastic. Thank you for this helpful observation!!

[BowTiedLioness | Author-Tarot Adventures @BowLioness]

@BowTiedTreeFrog Thank you! I've been off earning my certificate in Spiritual Life Coaching through the Life Purpose Institute. Our friend Jupiter Rising recommended it to supplement tarot readings.

Gorgeous!

[BowTiedLioness | Author-Tarot Adventures @BowLioness]

@BowTiedTreeFrog Oh! So, maybe calm, soothing narration but animated dramatic voices?

[BowTiedLioness | Author-Tarot Adventures @BowLioness]

@BowTiedBenji Thank you, Benji!

So, I've moved my story back to substack where I can edit easily. Additionally, I'll start recording the chapters to a youtube channel in the future.

Those of you who listen to audiobooks, how do you like the narrator to read to you?

[BowTiedLioness | Author-Tarot Adventures @BowLioness]

I moved my story, Tarot Adventures, over to Kindle Vella to see if it would get more publicity that way. The impression I have is that you have to PAY to advertise. Additionally, I edited my chapters and that resulted in multiple error messages: you cant publish same story again.

[BowTiedLioness | Author-Tarot Adventures @BowLioness]

@BowTiedThinker @Wifi_Pioneers I've got an ongoing problem with kindle vella. I edited my titles to include Roman Numerals for the Tarot Cards each episode focuses on, and now, they keep sending me error messages. I've reached out to support and it's like they didn't read my email. I'm going back to substack.

@BowTiedThinker @Wifi_Pioneers oh, great info here. Not sure if it matters but I haven't sent the pricing at all, amazon does it. I've published 10 chapters, written 20, still have roughly 13 more to go. So, close to 50? Hmm...thank you for the big picture.

Thank you for this reframe, @ScottAdamsSays
