I had the privilege of serving as timekeeper at Bow Rotary's annual 4-Way Test Speech Contest held last week at the Library. Contest winners were, from left to right, Ana Milano (2nd), Elise Lowne (1st) and Evelyn Hatem (3rd). Great job by all.
