@Cernovich Hypothetically - if you were currently funding your child’s 529 with $200/month, would you recommend splitting $100 to Trump Account and $100 to 529 moving forward?
@helios_brah Is there any extra benefit to drinking DDW if you’re eating a strict carnivore diet? I know Uncle Jack says to drink DDW but wouldn’t a extremely low carb diet have the same downstream effects?
@DrJackKruse Isn’t metabolic water from lipolysis naturally deuterium depleted? Which would then encourage a state of ketosis and ultimately mean a carnivore/ketogenic diet would be optimal?
@BlueLightDiet The sky portal mini review is what caught my eye! Discrete but functional. Not that I care about others opinions but also don’t feel like entertaining conversations daily with people who really don’t know/care/want to share their unsolicited opinions lol
@Cernovich Missing the sunrise and wearing on your sunglasses at peak UV levels during the early afternoon will cause this. Add in all the artificial light throughout the day and late at night and we don’t stand a chance. Read up on the POMC-melanocortin pathway from @DrJackKruse
@BlueLightDiet Interesting - allowing in 400-420nm light (violet) to help with contrast/visibility at night. Keep us posted on well they work in terms of increased visibility and if they still block enough to ease your evenings into a deep slumber
@gregmushen@UnifiedSubtext This whole back and forth just shows one thing…maybe it’s not as much about food as it is about something else? Light? Deuterium? Nnemf?
@BowTiedOx Great infographic. I’m a fan of @BlockBlueLight1 and emr tek products
RA went a little woke with some recent posts, not to say their products aren’t quality though
