With a 57-second last lap, @Phresh_Fish gets his FOURTH American record of the year & becomes the first man ever under 12:50 in the 5000m with a stellar 12:46.96 performance.

Over at the European Championships @_MarcScott finished 12th in the 10k with a season’s best.

A weekend full of racing! ⚡️

Down in the Bahamas we had 4 men competing for Team USA and came away with 3🥇and 1🥈. @spmcgorty12 takes the 10k with @KincaidWoody winning the 5k and Evan making it a meet record in the steeple. @Jmthomps13 comes in 2nd in the 1500m.

.@courtfrerichs8 rounds out the day for BTC in Monoco clocking 9:32 in the steeplechase for 9th place. More racing left this summer and coming soon!

The Bowerman squad is rolling in Monoco! @KincaidWoody finishes in 8th place and runs a new PB of 7:38.81 for 3000m. Now we have @courtfrerichs8 up next to finish the day in the 3000m SC.

Monoco Results:

@Jmthomps13 finishes 6th in the 1000m with a time of 2:16.38, a new PB.

@elisecranny13 also runs a PB and goes under 4:00 for the first time in the 1500m. Elise takes 3rd in 3:59.06.

Update:

During the 5k final at Worlds a couple weeks ago I felt some tightness in my calf before the start of the race and during the race, I felt like my stride wasn’t quite right. With about 2 laps to go, my calf completely seized on me.
