We receive a wide range of questions about unions so we thought we'd start with an overview of the essentials.
HOW exactly do you start a union? Well, we've made this video to help break the whooole unionizing process down into 7 steps.
While the things we grow don't end up on shelves, our work in research and development is essential to the process of getting Bowery products to customers.

This is a very big deal & a step toward restoring the fundamental human right to organize a union that so many US workers are deprived of. When card check recognition is required, it's much harder for employers to coerce workers into voting against the union.
Since Twitter's not dead yet, we wanted people to know that WE WON OUR UNION! ๐๐ฅณ
This week, we heard back from the New Jersey Board

To my Bowery coworkers: Stay strong. You've come so far, and Iโm so proud of you. Continue to trust the process and use your collective power to grow your voice.
