@frankcottrell_b I’m friends with the son of a famous US general. I’ve shaken the hand that has shaken hands with Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford and both Bushs.
@RuralLeftie98 I think I’d need to be fairly predictable for the Oval (the optics being what they are) so it’d be FDR, MLK, LBJ, Thomas Paine and Washington. Perhaps a LaFayette ashtray and a Lincoln paperweight.
It’s the private study where things would get interesting!
@billybragg Watched with my two sons and my elderly dad. We talked about how brilliant it would be to celebrate together. Then younger son pointed out that we’re also pretty good at coping with crushing disappointment 😂🏴
@BenGoldsborough @UKLabour@southnorfolk@rurallabouruk@LabourCC@EofELabour@NorfolkLabourCC Wymondham born & raised, lived there for 32 years (on and off). Defiantly proud of the place and delighted it’s finally got the representation it deserves! Still pinching myself. Thank you @BenGoldsborough and thank you voters of south Norfolk!
@meolscop1978@IainDale The last few minutes of the most recent pod (election results morning ) were so beautifully teary. Personally speaking, it was an unbeatable and unforgettable parting of ways. Good luck Jacqui, keep up the good work Iain.
