Tonight, I'm missing my @EdmontonOilers game, but it's for a good reason.
We sat outside of an event being held our City Councilor @michaeljanz. It was a great event geared at connecting people with organizations. Except for members of the disability community who needed accessibility. We weren't welcome at this event. If we were, it would have been accessible. There were so many excuses about why it couldn't be. But really only one reason. The organizers didn't try hard enough.

The Kangaroo Island dunnart is a tiny (6.5 cm long) marsupial.
Their numbers were decimated in the Australia wildfires.
A new threat could bring them to extinction.
Cats.
Modelling showed 7 outside cats is all it would take to wipe the rest out.
Keep cats inside.
