Mentioned before that I really want to make a ram based on Billy's dialogue in Deadlock... So he is in the making I guess! A golden ram aristocrat who wants to make goat-man even more mad than usual. I probably will tweak some details in the process, but still here is WIP

@amiyourhiro Very valid! I just don’t want anything to discourage ya because I love every and any deadlock oc, I actually have one that’s being made atm that’s a gardener that becomes the host for a guardian of life. I’m still debating if I want it to be a godlike entity or a spirit haha
