My office has been something of a dumping ground for probably more than 12 months. It had gotten pretty bad, anything that didn’t have a home ended up in there.

Yesterday, I spent about 3 hours cleaning it, removing rubbish, getting rid of junk and just getting it organised…

Always something isn’t there? Looks like one of my carbonation stones is blocked. Without backward pressure I can’t cold crash. Going to have to leave it until I figure out a way to get pressure into this Unitank.

7 days in and both batches are looking done. That’s my all grain Session IPA on the left and a NEIPA fresh wort kit on the right.

OG on the all grain was 1.039 while the kit started at 1.058

Let the crashing begin.

Ended up 1L short volume was and pre boil gravity was 1.036 vs 1.038 that @brewfatherapp had calculated. I can live with that.
