@UPS I don't know why you give delivery times and never stick to them. Or why you have customer service that can never actually help and just gives generic answers. Yes I have sent you a message and got 0 help.

@relliebelly @Postvox They just rejecting whatever they want. All my parcels are being returned when the customs forms are completed as they want. It seems like they're literally picking and choosing which do and don't go through with no real sense to it as some of my parcels get through and some dont

@Postvox killing small businesses since September 2021. Nowhere in the world do I have issues sending parcels them Ireland. I'm only in the UK. All parcels being returned when ive filled in custom forms with codes you so desire..yet still returned. Absolute joke.

@Hermesparcels you haven't delivered a parcel for over two weeks. Holly the annoying assistant is just telling me "were working on getting this to you".. and then gives no other option for help. well I'm the sending and it's been over weeks and no delivery. Help me!!

@Postvox @SonOfEurope77 They are fully to blame for all the returns. I've tried sending multiple packages and all get returned barring one that had the same info as the returned ones. Honestly they're the biggest joke for a courier company I've used. And I use myhermes.

@gearoidoleary @Postvox Literally exactly that. They keep "advising" me on what to do. I do that, parcels still get returned and then their response is basically🤷🏽‍♀️
