Hi @LloydsBank Is your chat working? I've tried at 11.30, 12.45, 2.30, 4.45 and 6.50 to try and chat but get the same "We're having a high volume of customers contact us right now". Is everyone complaining about this? @TheFCA next stop. We just want to leave!
It's clearly the 13th after the farse with @LloydsBank earlier, this evening ordered a @Tesco whoosh. Delivered at 8.11pm Driver turned up at 8.45pm to ask for the order back as it had been cancelled. Who knows who cancelled it or why but we now have no milk for breakfast...
@LloydsBank You chat doesn't stay anywhere. The chat bot kicks us out and asked if we received what we expected today.
Many thanks for the link but is this a joke? The virtual assistant is the one that kicks you out the chat!
@chilternrailway Regretfully we didn't travel as my wife had a day in London for work and we had to collect her. Maybe next time we'll use @chilternrailway for a day out! We hope to see Adil again!
