@kent_police Just general questions. If someone spammed a police website about something they’d read online where an incest act took place over 10 years ago. If they spammed that question to police would the person get investigated just for asking it ?

@kent_police hi I spoke to a live chat agent on a website and they said a perpetrator walking into a police station and admitting to sending an online rape threat 12 years ago would get turned away as it would have to be the victim reporting. Is that true ?
