In early April the #WhiteHouse said we had flattening. The next day, new infections starting spiking again. They set a new record 10th April.

@FEMA has been an enormous DISRUPTIVE force. It has diverted shipments and sent many to distributors who then put the materials to bid, driving the cost _UP_!
