Celtic managerial disaster Wilfried Nancy is on the shortlist to return to football as Lorient boss.

He said: "I signed under conditions that clearly showed there were many doubts about me – I still feel that distrust and that is why I refuse to work in these conditions."

And Lorient have included former Montreal and Columbus Crew manager Nancy on their shortlist to take charge for next season, according to reports in France.

Nancy is on the list and will be considered along with former Southampton boss Will Still, current Sint-Truidense manager Wouter Vrancken, QPR manager Julien Stephan and ex-Metz boss Stephane Le Mignan.
