The most selfless big name manager that there has ever been. All he cared about was improving the long-term future of the club even at the cost of his own personal success in the present.
Anybody who thinks the way the financial rules currently are shared handicaps smaller teams or stops them from competing is wrong. Premier League middle clubs have more money than ever, they can push that money into better infrastructure (stadium, training ground, training equipment, youth facilities), staff (data analysts, scouts, physios, etc), players (they go to other leagues and have enough money to buy their best players or youngsters).
Financial rules isn't what made Newcastle sign Woltemade for 75m then decide to not play him. It's not what made via sign Ian Maatsen for 44m your club has to take responsibility for its bad decisions as well. The rules weren't even made because of the Big 4, they were made because of teams like Portsmouth who ate itself due to overspending with debt.
Newcastle beat Barcelona in the UCL in one leg, that would be unheard of two decades ago. Aston Villa beat the best team in the world, PSG in one leg... they beat Bayern... they won the Europa League. English teams have won 3 of the last 4 UEFA Conference league titles. We're all talking about how teams like Brentford, Brighton, and Bournemouth be cooking Big 6 teams. People are complaining about Villa and Newcastle not winning the title, but part of the reason is because ONE team broke the rules at a legendary scale (even Chelsea didn't do this much) that other teams didn't have much of a chance.
This is a case of people not having real problems so they manufacture one. Go to Bundesliga or Ligue 1 or La Liga and try to 'compete' for the title there. Serie A is the closest to competitive, but NOBODY has money in that league, and that's led them to regress in Europe. And even then, the teams that still win are the Milans, the Napolis, the Inters. These are not the "middle teams."
The notion that your middle teams deserve to be given a better chance to win a trophy in football is nonsense and has always been nonsense.
Naah if we think everytime of gangrayping women & chopping their body to pieces,it means we feel the female body has some inherent value & destroying it is the best punitive measure.. Fetishization of the female body is the Original Sin of the Hindoo race & Idolatry..anti Boyism

You changed my life boss.
My idea of football and the importance of values in your everyday life are all down to you.
Thank you for not questioning your ideals even when your own stood against you.
🚨🔴⚪️ JAMIE CARRAGHER: “I RESPECT THE MAN CALLED WENGER”
Jamie Carragher has praised Arsène Wenger for the way he managed Arsenal through years of financial restraint:
“I respect the man called Wenger. Selling prime players to keep yourself within the FFP rules, fighting for the top four every season with average players. That man was meant to win everything — he just chose royalty.”
🔴⚪️ Wenger’s Arsenal years were about competing without the financial advantages enjoyed by some of their rivals — while still keeping the club among England’s elite.
Westerns had less boundaries and social performative BS to hold them back. In India chads were made to do sadhana or blocked by elders which made them frusted and turn to dancers and wine.
