There are some mega housing developments in the works for Cape Coral on Burnt Store Road. This place is not slowing down. Pine Island, the commercial corridor has been ripping for the last five years. New health care and big box developments coming. Maybe this adds to the pain for current owners…

@TraceyRyniec @datguyluka I mean, yes Florida’s growth has slowed, but it still completely beats out the Midwest! And states like Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan could face population declines in the next decade or two

Got word from buyers attorneys on a Friday that they couldn’t close as an old grocery store cooler addition was 12 inches on a neighboring property line.…my brother and I were selling a four pack of commercial Properties and a little demo was needed by Monday for them to get comfortable. Needless to say we got the work done and the transaction closed a couple days later.

@EvanMouhalis I stretch every morning, workout multiple times per week, fresh fruit/vegetable smoothie every morning, rarely have more than 2 drinks which are few and far between …. But I am not giving up real butter, whole milk and bakery!

@pmtiegs 100% honest question… was this car ever in Eagle County Colorado? Pretty sure , I bought one out of Denver and drove it up to the mountains and then traded it in at glenwood springs for an A4. Looks exactly the same

As a bit of an experiment, I bought the Mammotion Luba 3. My kids are programming and monitoring it. The thought is we will start to place these at a few of our smaller apartment complexes and strip malls and let the kids manage them. I have to say it gives a great cut and the lawn looks really great. Cuts every day.

@mkraft5 @AKASpencerScott I did upgrade to a Hellwig 1.5 swaybar Koni FSD shocks i& sumo Springs front and rear. That certainly helped. I’ve had zero electronic issues. @mkraft5 let’s see your custom build…what do you have?

@AKASpencerScott Yes! It is awesome! Handles the snow like a beast and did great in the mountains. I was worried that it was only 2 Wheel Dr. but it’s so heavy It sticks to the road and really handles great. Mine is the ultimate toys coach version.
