Day 9: ⏸️ ವಿರಾಮ 🌿
ಕೆಲವು ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಅಧ್ಯಯನದ ನಂತರ ಸಣ್ಣ ವಿರಾಮ (5–15 ನಿಮಿಷ) ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
🧘 ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಒಂದು ಕಲೆ.
⚠️ ತುಂಬಾ ದೀರ್ಘ ವಿರಾಮಗಳು (~ಗಂಟೆಗಳು) ಮತ್ತು ಮನಸ್ಸು ಕದಡುವ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ.
