I short pay my credit card in error by R71.50 (0.09% of what is due) and #DiscoveryBank@Discovery_SA charge me R 2,300 in interest. I ALWAYS overpay and I explain I made a mistake but I’m told there is nothing that can be done. Amazing #customerservice, @brucebusiness@radio702

I once paid @FNBSA on the 27th instead of the 26th, they didn’t hesitate to reverse the interest charge in good gesture! Now that’s caring about good customers @Discovery_SA. It’s the principle that’s driving me insane with this

It’s not right, my past records show this was the smallest error and they don’t care

@brucebusiness@Discovery_SA@Radio702 Totally agree @brucebusiness but I also believe in customer appreciation. My history @Discovery_SA shows I never under pay. I also run a business and if one of my customers short paid in error there is no way I would forfeit their settlement discount.
Yes there was apartheid that ended almost 30 years ago, now do the following to improve your life:
1. Pursue education/upskill yourself
2. Don’t have children you can’t afford
3. Get married
4. Save & invest a % of your income
5. Have a strong work ethic
