The latest playtime data caught us off guard. Xbox players are putting more hours into a Sony game than PS5 fans, and the gap is bigger than we expected.

Maybe it is Game Pass convenience (?), maybe it is a different audience vibe, but it definitely says something about how cross‑platform releases are changing the old console lines.

Interesting shift.

Shouldn't be too hard to guess which game it is (cough, Marathon, cough), but WHY is the better question.

@TeamKnowhowUK I've just been sitting on the phone for 4 hours trying to get my issue resolved!!! Was put through to Knowhow person at around 90 minutes in, they deemed my product was faulty I then had to sit on the phone for another 2.5 hours only to be hung up on! Please HELP!
