@AGoldmund It’s been a long time, but I hire regularly. I’m sure that AI has become a common feature of application processes, but it doesn’t say anything about the *market* - the supply and demand equilibrium for jobs. 10 years ago employers just used other ways to weed. 🤷‍♂️

For instance, if it turns out that your baby bonus just subsidizes demand for child care in a supply constrained market and thus just gets eaten by higher prices, than you haven't improved anyones life.
