@OnTrac_Shipping I am going to start cancelling all orders as soon as it shows OnTrac as the courier as you don’t know how to deliver packages, return phone calls, investigate issues or update statuses. You live agents end chats when I am asking questions.

@OnTrac_Shipping I’ve already opened a case and it has been escalated. That’s what happens when my package has been “Out for Delivery” for 3 days now with no delivery attempt. I have requested a call back twice and nobody has called. Why would this be any different?
