We have been working on writing letters and today my class wrote letters to kindergartener's at @MannEaglesSPS. This was a way they could practice their skill & bring some holiday cheer to others. It was so great seeing them get so excited! @Delaware_SPS @officialSPS

A6- I think it remains unchanged because we we're successful without all the different ways of teaching growing up and its hard to change how someone sees something when that's the only way they know. #SPSMathChat

A5- I noticed on unproductive beliefs thar Ss learn the same method for algebraic problems. This is how I learned when I was in school. I wonder how many strategies or approaches is too much. I've noticed the more we give it sometimes becomes overwhelming to the Ss. #SPSMathChat

A4- Success in posing purposeful questions. Ss are able to defend their answers and enjoy it as well, especially when one answers wrong and we have to figure out the correct one. We are struggling in productive struggle need more time than what we have. #SPSMathChat

A3-receiving feedback in a timely manner is huge. Students need to understand the why behind a problem. Plus giving them a voice to state their reasoning is big. Its important that they see how their peers solve it as well. #SPSMathChat
