When you were detained by Assam Police. We, Congress people helped to get CJP people out. Yet you categorically refused to have even a courtesy meeting with our Congress Leaders and Gaurav Sir.

You refused it because the Aam Aadmi Party asked you to not to. Kunki Chowdhury who was your Host in Guwahati, was on Election Campaign with AJP President Lurin Gogoi Da for a Congress Candidate in Nagaon. Even they had asked you to meet and discuss with Congress. Yet not once, you chose to engage with Congress or our students wing.

You asked us to stay out of it. And that it is a Aam Aadmi Party initiative.

So please stop your false charad. We know how you sidelined Neha Bora in the Jantar Mantar 1.0 protests and when even Left chose to engage with our Leader Rahul Gandhi Ji. You decided you will not engage under direct instructions of Arvind Kejriwal.

It is one thing to stand for student issues. Another thing to hijack a movement. Aam Aadmi Party is known for piggy riding and hijacking issues of others.

First with your sham show of India against Corruption with fraud Anna Hazare. Next when, Sonam Wangchuk Sir was on hunger strike, you guys were dormant until his police pick up. And when all students associations were protesting equivocally, you tried to make it all about CJP being an AAP Movement thereafter.

Let me remind you, CJP is a people's movement. It is not an Aam Aadmi Party intellectual property. CJI made a comment. Dipke made a joke. Students connected. We all came out in protest. CJP is neither Dipke or Your personal property. Neither it is Aam Aadmi Party outreach. Their is no ownership or proprietorship of CJP.

Let us keep it civil and issue centric. The cause is bigger than a political party. Stop using CJP to create a false relaunch of Arvind Kejriwal and make it all about yourself.

CJP is a decentralised movement. There is no one Supreme Leader or his hierarchy. We all are equals. That is why people support it.

Try to impose your ownership upon it. And see that the same occurs to those people that happened with Burger King Vijeta Dahiya.

EC has made a giant mistake in trying to find a middle ground by re-adding deleted voters through Form 6 without revoking SIR.

This is unconstitutional, statutorily infirm, procedurally perverse, legally untenable and potentially criminal.

Why?
Form 6 asks applicants to make a declaration that their name was not included before in the electoral roll from any other constituency, i.e, an appeal to include one's name for the first time. That effectively means asking voters whose names were deleted to make a false declaration about their previous enrollment, simply because Mr. Gyanesh Kumar wanted to carry out a botched exercise called SIR.

Under Section 31 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, making a false declaration in connection with the preparation, revision, or correction of an electoral roll is a criminal offence punishable with imprisonment for up to one year, or with a fine, or both.

It is a no brainer that this entire contrivance will be pulled up by the courts.

Former Chief Election Commisioner(CEC) S.Y.Quraishi, known for his integrity, says Form 6 is meant to be filled only by new voters not deleted voters. It is punishable by 1 year prison sentence to make deleted voters fill form 6 now. Election Commision is abetting to crime by creating this arrangement. It is merely covering up its orginal crime of illegal deletions by an illegal remedy!

🌋 Centralizing voter roll data that the EROs (Electoral Regional Officers) and BLOs (Booth level Officers) lose accessibility and are unable to verify voters ends up giving disproportionate power to the Chief Election Commissioner to decide who goes or not on the voter list. Multiple reports of officers not being able to access ER-net the so called 'digital' india software that is supposed to streamline election process

🤞 The people not on the voter list not only lose their voting rights but also lose access to the welfare schemes these are usually the ones already are underprivileged enough to not have documents like birth certificates and hence end up being treated as a second class citizen.
