@xonphused Two laws of the universe are matter cannot be created or destroyed, and without intelligence, things will always trend towards disorder or entropy. So how is it that matter came into existence from nothing, and life developed from molecules to bacteria towards complex life.

@OnePremier525 @forbiddenmerch@PepperCave1488 It makes a lot of sense to become a servant for a rich man. I don’t think any Christian would tell you owning a man is right but being a servant, not a slave, for a master is much different.

A lot the the slaves had debts and sold themself into indentured servitude. A lot of people also did it to get into a better life. If you’re poor living on the street,
