NETFLIX: ₹5988 (assuming even if you take 1080p plan)
WiFi: ₹12000
Mobile: ₹300 min per month ₹3600 per year
tv+music: ₹2388 / if YT Premium & YT Music as alternative then ₹1499 / ₹2388 if you are on Spotify

AI subscriptions, 𝕏 subscription, Storage plans are extra costs in case someone is using them.

So basically, you’d spend staggering ₹28373 on streaming & music alone along with WiFi. And this turns out to be around ₹2364 on streaming & internet alone.

And in return you’d get no IMAX enhanced on Hotstar, Dolby Vision absent on many titles which is available otherwise in other parts of the world on same times, limited Dolby Atmos and crappy lossy sound and video on prime video.. and after all that inconsistent app experience except for NETFLIX which is seamless.

Is spending close to ₹30,000/- in a year on subscriptions is worth? It becomes ₹50K if we add cloud storage, ChatGPT or 𝕏 subscriptions or LinkedIn subscription!
