Emotional intelligence is one of the most important life skills. When emotions overwhelm judgment, people can become trapped in a state of helplessness, making it harder to think clearly, make sound decisions, or move forward.
An unpopular opinion: you can be deeply sensitive and incredibly strong at the same time. Sensitivity is not weakness.
True strength lies in understanding your emotions, managing them wisely, and responding with resilience rather than simply reacting.
As information becomes limitless, one of the most valuable skills in the coming years will be filtering out the noise, staying focused, and reaching the information that actually matters.
Actually, at this age, people know exactly what they’re doing.
They know the words they choose, the actions they take, and the silence they give. They know when they’re ignoring you, when they’re lying, and when they’re being careless with your feelings. It is not a mistake. It is a choice.
People are not children anymore who don’t understand the weight of their actions. They are fully aware when they hurt you, when they disrespect you, or when they cross your boundaries. So take it personally, because it is personal. It shows you who they are, what they value, and how much you matter to them.
Stop making excuses for people who already showed you what place you hold in their life.
The Prophet Muhammad a was deeply sensitive. He felt for others, He cried, He cared. Sensitivity is not weakness. It's Sunnah. So don't let anyone tell you that feeling too much is a flaw
The saddest reality is that in a deeply patriarchal society like Pakistan, many men are raised to believe responsibility and respect in marriage are optional. That is why majority of them may not even grasp the significance of the role Ahad is portraying in #AikMohabbatAur
Both @ahadrazamir and @mayaali07 have been exceptional in AMA.
Here’s to seeing both of you continue reaching even greater heights and representing Pakistan on the global stage, because I genuinely want the whole world to see the incredible talent we have. MashaAllah. 🇵🇰✨
when | look at my life, I see how kind Allah has been to me. So many duas were answered without me even realizing it. So much protection was given when I didn't know I needed it. Many situations could have turned out badly, but they didn't, only because of His mercy.
6 months after publishing my first book & it still feels surreal. What began as a personal journey through years of waiting & making the same dua became Anchored in His Mercy.
To everyone who has read it, shared it, gifted it, or supported it, thank u so much🥺If you've ever
@AsimAzharr loving the new album. Specially Khabbay Sajjay 🙂 The only track that confuses me a little bit is Sugar Rush. The music feels like someone is honking at me while I’m driving 😂
